Tribut to Rodney

Rodney a
Wandrin STAR
I first meet Rodney at his first dog
show. He was a hit!! His dark eyes pierced you straight to that smiling soft
spot each of us has; his tongue literally grabbing you closer to him.
Not just
licks but a extra limb his tongue reached, stuck and pulled you closer
for
snorts and wiggles.
Standing on the grooming table that very
first show he stood, delighted so many had come to see HIM. He was
everything a
STAR should be always bright and always looking to make friends
It breaks my heart that Rodney continue
to be a Wandrin Star, for every person who ever meet Rodney they were
blessed
with the true spirit and kindness of a boxer and friend
May the Wandrin Star of Rodney venture
back into all of our lives, I know he shines bright above us but at our
feet
and in our heart he was most felt.
I am forever thank-full to his human
family (the Bows) for sharing a piece of Rodney with me and I will
always
cherish his son keeping him close by.
